My attempt at a roast!

Now that i have finished my first year at university i'm all hands on deck trying to learn how too cook. I have uploaded some of the recipes i have tried in the past on my 'recipes' page here on my blog. It tasted good, and everyone had clean plates but we forgot about the stuffing!! And because there were only 4 of us i didn't go overboard on lots of different veg and bits as everything is so expensive these days. My family do a good job to provide for me and all of my other brothers and sisters, now i'm getting older i am much more aware and conscious about spending and the amount products shoot up in price. I am very lucky to have a great family.
